Many of my recent photographs capture the color pink. For most of my life pink has been a color I have not liked. Then I rented an apartment from someone whose favorite color was pink, and the joy the color gave her made me decide to step out of my box and explore pink – so now I see pink, and sometimes even make my hair pink – or green, or blue, or purple, or any color I feel like wearing. The joy of color.
